1. Service Description

AURA Habits ("Service", "we", "us") is an online web application that provides guided meditation, sleep programmes, and habit-building tools. The Service is accessed entirely through a web browser — no mobile app download is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Your subscription begins with a 24-hour free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $39.90/month on a recurring basis.
• Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
• You will receive an email notification before each renewal.
• Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty:

• Via your login area at /login.
• By writing to support@aurahabits.com with your registered email or phone number.
• Via subcancel.com.

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the already-paid billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we evaluate refund requests made within two months of a charge, provided the Service has not been used continuously during that period.

AURA Habits provides general wellness and informational content only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including audio, text, graphics and software — is the property of AURA Habits or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA Habits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
